1. About Creative Cook

Creative Cook is a personal recipe management platform that allows you to create, store, organize, and share recipes. It is developed and maintained by Luc, an independent developer.

2. Your Account

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Creative Cook.

• You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of other people without their consent.

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all recipes, notes, and content you create on Creative Cook.

• By uploading content, you grant Creative Cook a limited license to store and display that content to you (and to others if you choose to share it).

• You are responsible for ensuring that any content you upload does not infringe on the rights of others.

• We do not claim ownership of your recipes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Creative Cook for any unlawful purpose.

• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data without authorization.

• Upload malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

• Scrape, copy, or redistribute the platform's infrastructure or code without permission.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the application.

5. Third-Party Services

Creative Cook integrates with the following third-party services:

• Open Food Facts — used to fetch publicly available ingredient and nutrition data. Their data is provided under an open license.

• Stripe — used to process payments securely. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and is never stored on our servers.

• Push Notification Services — used to deliver optional in-app notifications if you opt in.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

• Some features of Creative Cook may require a paid subscription.

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice.

7. Availability and Changes

• Creative Cook is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

• We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creative Cook and its creator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of revenue.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with those laws.
